How much will I have to pay I.M. Real Estates for finding a place for me?

There will be a $3,000 one time finders fee for any premises. This fee will be paid to your landlord when are paying them your deposit to move into the premises. Therefore you only pay us when you know you will be taking the place and not before. After moving into the premises, you decide for whatever reason you no longer want to be there, we try our very best to find you another premises for NO ADDITIONAL COST to you. Note Carefully: If after finding out a about a premises though our services you then recommend it to another, the aforementioned will be applied to them as well.
