Front room has everything own kitchen and own bathroom, own entrance also has access to front patio...a couple is preferred but students would be good also…asking for $20,000 including light and water

Second room is undecided but if it is to be rent he would like 8 or 9 for it…the person would share bathroom and kitchen with the landlord

The back room is for $8,000 doesn’t have a kitchen but the person would be allowed to cook in the landlord kitchen..Has a microwave, small fridge and a small desk..The students would also get linen sheets..tenants would have washing area with both washer and dryer but is asking to be considerate with using the dryer as it burns a lot of electricity so air dried what can be air dried

The place is a 20 mins drive from uwi and utech campus

Other terms of the landlord

No loud music, no dance hall music, wife can be easily bothered at times…wants peaceful Christian mind students that are easy to get along with…

Good things about the place…

• Very peaceful neighbor hood
• Good for studying
• River right outside the premises
• Yard is filled with fruit trees

Faults of the place

• Little and sometimes no signal for phones
• Students would end up paying $1000 per week for bus fare to get to and from the house
• Bad Rood to premises

Only wants a deposit if student can afford it
