In order to view any contact form on our Team Members you will need to become a registered user of our site.
So go to the User Login Section to the right and create an account. If you are already a registered member just login in with your user and password and you will be able to view the Contact Form for each Team Member.
In order to make comments on any content you will need to become a registered user of our site.
So go to the User Login Section to the right and create an account. If you are already a registered member just login in with your user and password and you will be able to write comments on contents. There are also links " Login or register to post comments " under each content the can be commented on.
When you have found a place that you wish to take or just take a look at, click on the link located below all classified ads " [u][b]I Want This Premises![/b][/u]". You will then be given a contact form, use this form to contact us and tell us the following:
- The name of the premises;
- If you want the premises or would just like to go and take a look at it;
- And any suggestion or comments about the premises;
Please note you have to be loged onto the web site to use the contact form.
There will be a $3,000 one time finders fee for any premises. This fee will be paid to your landlord when are paying them your deposit to move into the premises.
Therefore you only pay us when you know you will be taking the place and not before. After moving into the premises, you decide for whatever reason you no longer want to be there, we try our very best to find you another premises for NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.
Note Carefully: If after finding out a about a premises though our services you then recommend it to another, the aforementioned will be applied to them as well.
